Traditional Dental Crown & Bridge
Dental crowns and bridges are two of the most tried and true treatments in all of dentistry. With them, we can fully repair damaged teeth, cosmetically enhance stained or misshapen teeth, and even replace multiple missing teeth. A dental crown, also known as a “cap,” simply slips over the top of a natural tooth to restore its original appearance and strength at the same time. Our team can design one that blends seamlessly into your smile and can be trusted to last for years to come.
If you have a missing tooth (or even a few in a row), we can actually use a crown to support a bridge, which is a row of prosthetic teeth. They are made by placing two crowns on the teeth on either side of the gap in a patient’s smile, and these are used to support the bridge. They not only improve the look of the smile, but they also help even out the bite and prevent the other teeth from shifting out of place.
Tooth-Colored Fillings
Fillings give us the ability to repair small cavities and slightly damaged teeth in just one quick visit, and now, thanks to tooth-colored fillings, we can preserve the appearance of your smile while we do it. As opposed to traditional silver/amalgam fillings, these are made of a composite resin material that we can specially shade to blend in with the surrounding enamel, making them virtually invisible within the mouth. Also, because these fillings are entirely metal-free, they won’t make a tooth more sensitive to temperature changes and are less likely to break over time.
Dentures & Partial Dentures
Whether you are missing a few teeth or an entire row, dentures offer a natural-looking and affordable solution to get back your bite. Partial dentures are designed to replace multiple teeth throughout a smile while fitting comfortably among any remaining teeth (like the piece of a puzzle), while full dentures sit directly on the gums to restore a full arch. No matter which one you need, our team will take the time to custom-design your prosthetic so you can eat, speak, and smile with complete confidence again.
Root Canals
When decay or dental trauma reaches past the enamel and damages the internal nerve of a tooth, it can cause quite the toothache—the kind that makes it difficult to focus on just about anything else! Thankfully, our team can completely relieve this pain and even save the tooth using a root canal. We’ll simply remove the damaged tissue, clean the inside of the tooth, and then restore it with a filling or crown. Using the latest dental techniques, this procedure is now no more “painful” than getting a filling.
